THE LA REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN(LRC) OCCUPATIONIST REGIME: REVEALING THEMSELVES MORE AS LOSERS.

THE LA REPPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN OCCUPPATIONIST REGIME: REVEALING THEMSELVES MORE AS LOSERS

The La Republique du Cameroun government continue to stupidly exercise their imperialist policies on the people of the Southern Cameroons. They continue to expose themselves as the thieves that they are, failing to understand that “The truth is God, you can only kill the teller of the truth, but not the truth itself, the truth remains to hunt you” (Tah Javis Mai). Their fear to lose possession of what they have been stealing with impunity for more than five decades now makes them to continually act in very stupid ways. Errand boys of the annexationist La Republique Du Cameroon much recently, stormed the residence of an SCNC activist on Thursday 2nd April 2015 at about 3:37 pm in the Molyko neighbourhood of Buea, capital of the Southern Cameroons. Led by the so-called D.O for Buea, 4 police commissioners, 6 police vehicles, over 30 gendarmerie officers and some other special rapid intervention police dubbed E.S.I.R armed to the teeth with full-time war front regalia viz: sophisticated helmets, rangers, black rubber canes and Kalashnikov guns. This crazy invasion of privacy by the Biya boys came barely an hour after these activists converged on the residence of Mr. Kang Andrew, a devout SCNC activist who was even in a deteriorating health condition.

These intruders barged in just when the table was set by the host’s wife of some delicious corn fufu and huckleberry spiced with fried bar fish. Wondering aloud why such invasion, the Biya regime invaders there represented by the so-called D.O -Mr Kouam Wokam Paul together with some commissioners demanded that the activists who had come for a solidarity visit to their fellow comrade present their ID cards. Five of the seven did present their identification cards, which the invaders collected kept and spoke in the very derogatory colonialist French language; ‘aller’ ‘aller’ ‘aller’. These activists including the national chairman of the SCNC Dr Nfor Ngala Nfor, the national youth coordinator Messr Simon Fuh Ngwa, Pa Kang Andrew, Ndung Emmanuel, Offon Kube Peter, Endoh Lord John Abanda, and a young youth mobiliser Febsar Eric Buinda were abducted and bundled out of the private residence and accompanied by the fleet of police vehicles that arrived the scene. They were simply transported to the Buea central police and kept in the cold of the cell for a night and were then migrated to the Buea central prison on ‘Good Friday’, April 3rd 2015 where they were for three more days till Monday 6th April 2015 when they were released by the chief State counsel – Justice Lebong Morfaw Maureen Epse Chibili who released them unconditionally after seeing no charge on the armless and peaceful people who were simply deterred from having their lunch as a family.

What on earth can justify numerous police onslaughts on harmless “citizens”? Not even the constitution of la Republique du Cameroun!

What can account for police officers demanding identification cards/documents right in the home of a “citizen”?

Beloved people of the southern cameroons, these are more evidence to prove that the La Republique government’t has no case as far as the occupation of our territory is concerned. The la Republique du Cameroun gov’t is just a rogue that does not apply the golden rule in executing their mischief. How can you expect individuals to respect you when you do not yourself respect international law? Until lrc respect the Banjul ruling, the Abuja ruling, the decisions of the AU summit held in lybia, we shall never respect them. Arbitrary arrests and torture like the most recent is nowhere near the solution! They are instead catalysts of activism. From now on, the activists shall act more in expectation of more arrests. The time to act and win our right to our land and our heritage is now; our people have been marginalized, insulted, relegated for so long now. Our heritage, resources and wealth have been ruthlessly plundered for over five decades now. We have to be our own liberators. Our efforts must first be commendable for God to effect the much desired and justifiable change we seek. “Only a foolish people will know what to do, yet stay void of doing the same”.

It is no news that there’s no legal and acceptable union between La Republique du Cameroun and southern Cameroon under international law; what then deters us from taking that which is rightfully ours? The Gambians and Eritrea where in the stomachs of Senegal and Ethiopia respectively, yet they found their way out; why would we southern Cameroon that are on LRC’s back not simply jump down from their back with the international law on our side? Despite the fact that we have the international law on our side, we must have to activate the change we need by ourselves before the international community intervenes to our favour.

We cannot continue to live under the peril of LRC’s annexation in a world where self determination and human right principles are the overriding virtues. Though LRC has proven that they are no respecters of the virtues of self determination, human right and international law, we have to activate their respect for the same. The plethora of arbitrary arrests and release are evidence of their baseless and unfounding hostage of the southern Cameroon; if they have a case, they would have been subjecting activists to perpetual torture and even killings, “ceteris paribus”knowing the government we are talking about.

The Banjul ruling makes it clear that the LRC should resolve/negotiate with the people of Southern Cameroon and that the people of Southern Cameroon have an indisputable right to self determination. It’s a shame to the U N though, that they cannot cause a single nation to respect their decision.

The Southern Cameroonian people are experiencing gross marginalisation; many are educated but jobless and so, roam the streets in misery. For all these injustice meted on our people, we have to rise up as one voice and put a stop to all these. We ought not to be dampened in spirit and not to be fearful. The fear has prevailed since the early 90’s, we must put a stop and realise our freedom. With the understanding that “freedom is not free”, we should rather be fearless in facing the truth than remain in despair. What do you do when your household is constantly attacked by arm robbers? Do you stay in despair and watch them do away with your furniture at all times? Or do you devise strategise to fortify yourself in preparation of feasible future attacks by arm robbers? Off course, any right thinking person will go for the latter. So therefore, been the right thinking Southern Cameroonians that we are, we are going for the latter. We cannot afford to stay docile any longer and watch the LRC thugs continue to exploit our resources and eradicate our heritage as a people like they have been doing for the past decade. It’s not a responsibility of a particular people neither is it of any age group nor occupation, but a responsibility of all who are truly Southern Cameroonians in origin. Mothers, fathers, women, men, youths, children, farmers, artisans, lawyers, politicians, teachers and people of all works of life; Rise up, lets together win our right to self determination and freedom, Rise up lets put an end to the LRC’s invasion of our nation, Rise up let’s execute justice, Rise up lets enable ourselves be the beneficiaries of our endowments, Rise up lets all live our lives like human beings equal to any other, Rise up lets Act. THE TIME IS NOW!!!

SUBJECT:   A PLEA FOR A REVERSAL OF THE GROSS HUMAN RIGHT VIOLATION METED ON ME.
Beloved Comrades,
All protocol duly respected and honoured. Accept my fraternal greetings from jail and sorry for the inconveniences of writing you this letter. I am writing you this letter as a direct protest to the authorities that be, expressing my frustration , pains, anguish and total lamentation to the rule of law and to a greater extent the abuse of the rule of law and my fundamental human rights.
Fellow comrades, I write this note to you from my prison cell in the Buea Central Prison under occupation, colonization and annexation where I am illegally incarcerated and undergoing all sorts of torture and abuse for over a period of one year now. As many of us may know, I am (Hon) Oben Maxwell Eyong, National Chairman of the Southern Cameroons National Coalition for Human Rights and Freedoms often referred to as Southern Cameroons National Coalition (SOCNAC). I am as well the regional coordinator of the Southern Cameroons National Council (SCNC) for Yaoundé. I am a human and civil rights activist, advocate for the rights of the oppressed, voiceless and colonised people of Southern Cameroons. Campaigner for the decolonisation and the restoration of the state of Southern Cameroons; now under foreign occupation and colonisation by the government of La Republique du Cameroun under the cover of “unification”.

Dear comrades,
I wish to draw your attention for your immediate intervention for my release. I have stood for nothing else save the castigation of the heinous crime and crime against humanity perpetrated against a voiceless, defenceless and a non-offensive people for over a period of 54 years. A crime so widely ignored and discarded by the international community, human rights organisations and watchdogs of Democracy. The issue is now at the verge of explosion if nothing is done to salvage the situation. My ordeal is not different from that of my fellow compatriots. It all started on Sunday 2nd February 2014 at the mile 17 motor park in Buea in the occupied territory of Southern Cameroons when I was about to travel to Yaoundé after a three day visit to my friend. I was intercepted without a warrant or convocation, harassed, tortured, detained “Incomunicado” at the Buea judicial police Headquarters for over a period of six days. People who came to see me were threatened with arrest and were sent away with food brought for me.

At the time of my arrest I was told the Governor of the Southwest region wanted to talk to me in order to work out a comprehensive solution to the grievances of the Anglophone community of Cameroon (Southern Cameroons). As they proceeded with their interrogation, I was barely asked to voice my grievances with the government system in place sop as to enable the governor/government to know what our pains are. Surprisingly for me, only to see them turn around six days later and accused me of conspiracy to civil war, insurrection, secessionist activities and plans to disrupt President Paul Biya’s planned visit to Buea on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the “re-unification” amongst others.

Dear Compatriots,
All the accusations against me are false, baseless and unfounded, trumped-up by the agents of the state and overzealous uniform officers to blackmail my personality and to discredit the credibility of our JUST COURSE and the activities of our organisation to the public. If found guilty by the standard of the justice system of La Republique Du Cameroun, which is of course not the best, I may be sentenced to death or spend the rest of my life in prison. I urge us to read article 74, 95, 111, 112, 116(b) in which I am charged. Worst of it all, at this point in time when anyone who dares call for the restoration of the state of Southern Cameroons or question the legality by which the Republic of Cameroun is administering sovereignty over the State of English Cameroons is branded as an enemy of the State of La Republique Du Cameroun and is subjected to all sorts of torture and persecution.
This has been my fate and that of my other fellow Southern Cameroonian siblings in the so-called Union; A Union that has so far transformed into the occupation and colonisation of the other party in the union-The Southern Cameroons. For over a period of 54 years of colonisation, subjugation, assimilation, marginalisation and gross human rights abuses characterised the so-called union. Citizens of Southern Cameroons have lost their statehood and all their fundamental human rights to the occupationist La Republique du Cameroun.
I languish here today because of my uncompromising stance against the illegal ooccupatioon and injustice meted on my people. What are the incriminating evidences against me that warrant my case to be referred to court, the military tribunal, as a matter of fact?
To maintain a strong grip and control over our people and homeland, the colonial authorities in Yaoundé have instituted a system of divide and rule, placed an army of occupation and colonial administration to watch and administer her imperial policies over us, setting us against one another to keep us permanently in loggerheads.
Our people have been intimidated and silenced to fear, the fear of losing their jobs, employment and social status, the fear of their children risking admission into the most prestigious elite schools reserved only for the “francophone” children from La republique du Cameroun; The fear of arrests and detention or disappearance from the surface of the earth; The fear of losing public contracts, employment into the public service, or recruitment into the military.
Southern Cameroonians are intimidated and forced to co-operate with the colonial authorities, paid to conspire against their fellow compatriots or else face the consequences. They are those who must shout and recite slogans of allegiance and sing praises to glorify the evil system; write motions of support to support everything even all is not well just to gain favour and whitewash themselves. Many are appointed in the government after they have been properly brainwashed or assimilated to represent and protect the interest of their master’s master in Yaoundé
Why should anybody oor people who freely entered into a contract be held hostage by the other party in the union; a union that can no longer serve their best interest whereby we are treated as second class citizens or a conquered and dominated species.

Fellow compatriots,
Like we all know, this is a snapshot of the ugly reality of the six million Southern Cameroonians in the hands of their so-called brothers in a union they freely chose to join.
It is against this backdrop coupled with torture and growing family responsibility that lies on the shoulders of my unemployed wife that I am appealing good people like you, justice, and God-fearing people and people of goodwill irrespective of their social status to come to my support to enable me pay for the services of my defence counsel, support my family and also pay for some of my basic needs here in prison.
I am equally pleading to you to use your good office, chains of friends, local and international human rights organisations and governments to intervene for my release and please do well to mention my name in your prayers.
While looking forward to hearing from you or seeing you soon, you can reach me through nephew Emmanuel who resides in Buea. Tel; 237 677-421-069 or you can visit as from 10.00 am – 3.30pm daily.

Thanks and may God bless you abundantly.

REVELATIONS ABOUT THE MUCH DREADED EBOLA VIRUS

REVELATIONS ABOUT THE MUCH DREADED EBOLA VIRUS IN WEST AFRICA.

What do Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea have in common? Strangely enough, more than just Ebola. Western Liberia is part of an Archaen age craton which spreads into Sierra Leone and Guinea. They are so special because they are one of the rare regions in the world containing large alluvial diamonds.

IMAGINE THIS:
August 2013: Youssef Diamond mining announces new discovery of diamonds in Liberia’s cratonic region. Exciting because this Kimberlite pipe may well be economically feasible to mine. Only 1% of the 6500 kimberlites worldwide are feasible to mine.
March 2014: First outbreak of Ebola in LIBERIA; difficult to reconcile right? This was in no way a coincidence but a well calculated strategy by the “WESTERN DEMONS”. The outcome of the recent international conference held in Zimbabwe established the fact that the demand for polished diamond is expected to outstrip supply over the next decade.

THE FACTS
Liberia diamonds are 25% gem quality, 40% near gem and 35% industrial. The STAR of Sierra Leone was dug up in the Koidu area in 1972. It is the largest alluvial diamond ever discovered. It is 968.9 carat and is of perfect chemical purity.

THE REALITY
EBOLA IS A MAN-MADE DISASTER. The EBOLA VIRUS was patented by the United States’ department for health (CDC). The patent number is US20120251502A1. EBOLA is part of the new humanitarian Imperialism/Fascism. It is a cover-story for increased US/UK presence in countries where resources are wanted. EBOLA is about corporation wanting to control resources-rich areas, it is about de-populating areas. It is about having a cover-story to look good in the eyes of the public.
EBOLA IN THESE REGIONS (Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea) IS ABOUT COMING IN THE GUISE OF PHILANTHROPY, DISTRACT THE PEOPLE, DE-POPULATE THE AREA AND EXPLOIT THEIR DIAMONDS WITH IMPUNITY.
All widely acclaimed step-in to help combat EBOLA in West Africa by the “western devils” is in a bid to acquire satellite pictures of Sierra Leone and Guinea under the camouflage of the W.H.O.
Now answer this straight folks... Do they need satellite images of diamond fields to help people with the Ebola VIRUS????????

FEBSAR’S TAKE: Believe it or not, the white man, just like Satan the Accuser can do everything including homicidal acts to get what they want!!!

A TRIBUTE TO LATE PROFESSOR/BARRISTER AKOMAYE YANOU MICHAEL

A TRIBUTE TO LATE PROFESSOR/BARRISTER AKOMAYE YANOU MICHAEL

If we must create an impact and pass for great people in this brief but mission-filled sojourn to this world, then we must be able to “Do right irrespective of the consequences” (Immanuel Kant). This was a well understood concept to the late and one of the most learned Barrister Professor Yanou Akomaye Michael.
During his stay on the planet, he did his utmost to pursue justice, which was just the virtue of his profession. Standing by the oppressed was just his dictum. He did his best to ensure justice in all ramifications irrespective of the stakes; he disgusted injustice meted on someone especially a weaker party; reason why he was almost always involved in the defence of the weaker party.
As an epitome of a crusader of justice, the late learned barrister who was the lone professor of law in the University of Buea was always found in the defence of victimized student union leaders of the University by the Machiavellian university administration of the institution. The late barrister defended with fervour the unjustly prosecuted student union leaders of the University of Buea, saying that “he defends them for justice and not for money”.
Late Barrister Yanou A. Michael was always found at positions, where which he could repel any act of vice; no wonder, he was the president of the UB’s chapter of the National union of teachers of Higher Education (SYNES-UB), where he always led the campaign of defying every abnormal working condition by both the LRC government and the totalitarian UB administration, which is a microcosm of the former.
The late learned practicing Barrister and professor of Law in the University of Buea, who was also recently appointed as head of the department of conflict management in University campuses in the Cameroun’s ministry of Higher Education stood for justice even if it meant against the interest his employer- The LRC government.
He was indeed an icon; he held a Ph.D in law from the Rhodes University in The Republic of South Africa, where the records say he was the only one to have done that in two years.
Barrister Yanou was a destined legal practitioner. He was specially designed and dispatched to earth by God to perpetrate justice. He was a model to all practicing and would be barristers. He was the type who pragmatically negated the stance of the Ancient Greek sophist- Thrasymachus , that “Justice is the interest of the stronger party”.
Barrister Yanou’s legacy is worth speaking about; his deeds in the practice of law are something every barrister should emulate and make the world a better and truly lawful place.
I pay ultimate homage to him with one of his brief but memorable quote: “Law should be about justice for a dismissed man and not just the money he is given on being dismissed”

R.I.P
Professor Barrister YANOU A. MICHAEL!!
